DIAGNOSIS

The diagnostic fee, starting at $99, varies based on the model and size of your projector. This fee covers the technician’s labor for troubleshooting, diagnosis, parts search, testing, and more. If your projector is valued at more than $750, the diagnostic fee may be adjusted to ensure cost-effectiveness. Importantly, this fee is deductible from the total repair cost.

REPAIR RATES

We provide reasonable rates for all projector repairs. Depending on the issue, repair costs typically range from $199 to $299 (labor and parts included). If a replacement part costs $99 or less, we’ll replace it during the repair process. If the cost of a part exceeds $99, we’ll contact you for approval before proceeding. For projectors valued over $750, we aim to keep repairs affordable and will always consult you before incurring significant costs.

Rush service is available for an additional $99, with a typical turnaround time of 1-2 days. However, in some cases, this may not be possible. Repairs involving the main PCB may result in additional charges, and we will notify you in such cases.

ADDITIONAL FEES

A handling fee of $99 applies to projectors weighing over 35 lbs.
