Projector Rental Policies

- We reserve the right to change these policies at any time without notice.
- All rentals are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.
- All rentals are subject to credit approval and must be secured with a valid credit card.
- Minimum one-day rental.
- Equipment must be returned in the same condition it was obtained. While in your possession, you are responsible for the equipment. If it is damaged, we will charge you the full replacement value. Charges for damaged equipment may not be paid with store credit.
- Rentals are due back between 10:00 AM and 12:00 noon on the return date. Rentals returned after 12:00 PM on the due date are subject to a late charge.
- Cables returned dirty (muddy, etc.), unwrapped, snarled, or with tape residue will be subject to a cleaning fee, a minimum of $25.00. Cleaning fees may not be paid with store credit.
- It is your responsibility to learn how to use, transport set up, and strike the equipment before you leave our facility. If you have any questions, we are happy to help.
- Malfunctions: We must be notified immediately about any equipment malfunctions. If we are notified about a malfunction upon return, no refund will be issued. In the case of swap-outs, the equipment must be returned to our office.
- All rentals are subject to a 20% cancellation charge. Rentals are subject to a seven-day cancellation period. Rentals canceled within seven days of the scheduled pick-up date will not be issued a refund and are subject to a charge of the full amount of the rental.
- Rentals not returned on time will be charged for extra days at the full daily rate.
- We reserve the right to change these policies without notice at any time.
- You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold ONTECH FORCE, LLC. harmless against any claim, liability, loss, costs, damages, expenses, or demands arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with the use of the property leased from ONTECH FORCE, LLC. by you, your agents, servants, sub-lessees, contractors, representatives, guests, invitees, or customers.
- You agree to save and hold harmless ONTECH FORCE, LLC., hereinafter referred to as the Company, and its agents, officers, directors, and employees from and against any and all claims, suits, demands, and/or liability and the cost of defense thereof, arising from injury or damage to any persons or property by reason of any act or omission by you, your employees, or sub-contractors in, upon, or about the premises owned, operated, or under the control of the Company.
- We will not be responsible for any damages due to the use or misuse of our equipment. In any case, our liability is limited to the amount of the original rental invoice.
- We reserve the right to change these terms without notice.
